Refund and Cancellation Policy

RT Remote is free during launch, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time.

If we introduce paid plans

Should we offer paid plans, these rules will apply to them:

• 14-day refund. If you are not satisfied, ask us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full.
• Cancel any time. You can cancel a subscription whenever you like. It then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and will not renew.
• Mistakes and duplicate charges. If you were charged in error, we will correct it and refund the difference.

Payments for paid plans will be processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the seller of record; refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
